Comprehensive Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Preamble and Acceptance of Terms
These Comprehensive Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "You", "Your", or "Subscriber") and QuickPanel.Net. This Agreement governs your access to, registration for, and use of the cloaker software product developed, maintained, and operated by QuickPanel.Net (hereinafter referred to as the "Software", "Service", "Product", or "Cloaker").
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING THE DASHBOARD, INTEGRATING OUR API, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY CAPACITY, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTOOD, AND UNEQUIVOCALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES, AND NOTICES CONTAINED HEREIN. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, corporation, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind said entity to these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, OR IF YOU LACK THE LEGAL CAPACITY OR AUTHORITY TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.
2. Detailed Description of the Software
The Software is an advanced, algorithm-driven traffic management, routing, and filtering tool designed for digital marketers, webmasters, and data analysts. It functions by analyzing incoming web traffic requests, evaluating various data points (such as IP addresses, geographical locations, user agents, ISP data, and other digital fingerprinting metrics), and conditionally routing that traffic to distinct URLs based on the logical rules established entirely by the User.
QuickPanel.Net provides the underlying technology, interface, and server infrastructure necessary to facilitate this routing process. However, QuickPanel.Net does NOT provide the web hosting for your landing pages, does NOT generate traffic, does NOT supply domains, and does NOT dictate the destinations of the routed traffic. The Software is a passive technological conduit whose entire operational logic is dictated by User configurations.
3. Absolute Assumption of Risk and Zero Liability
THIS SECTION CONSTITUTES THE CORE FOUNDATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ IT WITH THE UTMOST CARE. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED EXCLUSIVELY AS A "USE-AT-YOUR-OWN-RISK" UTILITY.
- Total User Responsibility: You expressly acknowledge and agree that you bear 100% of the legal, financial, ethical, and operational responsibility for the traffic you route through the Software, the campaigns you run, the links you generate, and the final destination pages (including all content, media, products, and services hosted on those pages).
- No Content Monitoring or Endorsement: QuickPanel.Net does not actively monitor, audit, endorse, vet, or verify the legality, compliance, safety, or accuracy of the web properties, links, or campaigns managed through the Software. The existence of your campaigns within our database does not imply any approval or endorsement by QuickPanel.Net.
- Explicit Disavowal of Liability: QUICKPANEL.NET, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
4. Third-Party Platforms, Ad Networks, and Policy Bypassing
The Software is frequently utilized by digital marketers to manage traffic flows originating from major third-party advertising networks, search engines, and social media platforms (including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Taboola, Outbrain, X/Twitter). Regarding these third-party platforms, you agree to the following absolute conditions:
- No Affiliation: QuickPanel.Net is entirely independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or connected to any third-party advertising platform.
- Ad Network Policies: Advertising networks enforce their own strict Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policies, and Advertising Guidelines. It is your sole, non-delegable responsibility to ensure that your usage of the Software, your cloaking strategies, your landing pages, and your overall campaigns are in strict compliance with the policies of the networks you advertise on.
- Account Suspensions and Financial Losses: Using a cloaker to obscure landing pages, circumvent ad review processes, or bypass platform policies carries extreme inherent risks. QUICKPANEL.NET ASSUMES ZERO RESPONSIBILITY AND OFFERS ZERO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE SURVIVABILITY OF YOUR AD ACCOUNTS. If your ad accounts are suspended, permanently banned, restricted, or if your advertising funds are seized, frozen, or forfeited by the ad network, QuickPanel.Net shall not be held responsible, liable, or accountable in any legal or financial capacity. You accept that circumventing third-party review systems is done entirely at your own peril.
5. Legal Compliance and Strict Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
While QuickPanel.Net disclaims liability for your actions, we strictly prohibit the use of our infrastructure to facilitate heinous crimes or severe network abuse. You represent, warrant, and covenant that you will NOT use the Software for any of the following activities:
- Child Exploitation: Distributing, promoting, or linking to any material depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation. (This will result in immediate termination and reporting to international authorities).
- Malware and Cyber Threats: Distributing viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious computer code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems or data.
- Phishing and Identity Theft: Creating, hosting, or routing traffic to deceptive websites designed to fraudulently extract sensitive personal information, banking details, passwords, or social security numbers from end-users.
- Terrorism and Illicit Markets: Promoting terrorist activities, illegal weapons sales, human trafficking, or dark web narcotics marketplaces.
- Infrastructure Abuse: Engaging in activities that place an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our server infrastructure, attempting to perform Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Software.
Violation of this AUP grants QuickPanel.Net the unilateral right to instantly suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice, without warning, and without any obligation to refund prepaid balances.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless QuickPanel.Net, its corporate parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, independent contractors, service providers, consultants, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, suits, demands, disputes, allegations, investigations, damages, costs, liabilities, losses, judgments, settlements, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, and expert witness fees) arising out of or in any way connected to:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Software;
- Your violation, breach, or alleged breach of any term, condition, representation, or warranty contained within this Agreement;
- Your violation of any rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights;
- Your violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law, rule, or regulation;
- Any claim that your specific use of the Software, your campaigns, or your landing pages caused damage to an end-user, an advertising network, or any other third party.
7. Billing, Subscriptions, and Strict No-Refund Policy
The Software is provided on a prepaid, subscription-based model. By providing a payment method, you authorize QuickPanel.Net to charge the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually) depending on the plan you select.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. To prevent future charges, you must cancel your subscription via the dashboard before the renewal date.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable national, provincial, state, local, or other governmental sales, goods and services, or value-added taxes. You are responsible for all such taxes.
- STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: Due to the digital, instantaneous, and highly specialized nature of the Service, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. QUICKPANEL.NET DOES NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, OFFER REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS, OR PRORATED REFUNDS. This strict no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you have actively used the Software, whether your ad accounts were banned, whether you failed to configure the tool correctly, whether you forgot to cancel your subscription, or whether you are dissatisfied with the filtering algorithms. By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly waive any right to dispute the charge or request a chargeback from your credit card issuer for buyer's remorse or inability to use the product effectively.
8. Comprehensive Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided on a strictly "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE", and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickPanel.Net expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, QuickPanel.Net makes NO representations and grants NO warranties that:
- The Software will meet your specific requirements or business goals;
- The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free;
- The filtering algorithms, IP databases, and user-agent databases will be 100% accurate, current, or capable of catching every single bot, crawler, spy tool, or manual reviewer;
- The results that may be obtained from the use of the Software will be accurate, reliable, or profitable;
- Any errors, bugs, or defects in the Software will be corrected.
You expressly acknowledge that the internet is an inherently unstable and insecure environment, and that bot detection is an ongoing technological arms race. QuickPanel.Net provides no guarantee that its cloaking technology will successfully deceive or evade the detection mechanisms of highly sophisticated tech entities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall QuickPanel.Net be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if QuickPanel.Net has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Software; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained through the Software; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; or (v) any other matter relating to the Software.
In the event that a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, QuickPanel.Net's absolute maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), shall be strictly limited to the total amount of subscription fees actually paid by you to QuickPanel.Net during the one (1) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software, including but not limited to its source code, object code, architecture, algorithms, filtering databases, user interfaces, graphic designs, logos, trademarks, and all accompanying documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of QuickPanel.Net and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of applicable subscription fees, QuickPanel.Net grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your internal business operations. You shall not: copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software; rent, lease, distribute, sell, or transfer your access to the Software to any third party; or remove any proprietary notices from the Software.
11. Account Termination and Suspension
QuickPanel.Net reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account and your access to the Software at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, with or without prior notice. Common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to: violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, failure to pay subscription fees, fraudulent chargebacks, aggressive or abusive behavior towards our support staff, or compliance with law enforcement requests.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You will no longer have access to your dashboard, campaign data, or routing functionalities. QuickPanel.Net shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
12. Modifications to the Agreement
QuickPanel.Net reserves the right to update, modify, revise, or entirely replace these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Software following the posting of any changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must immediately cease using the Software and cancel your subscription.
13. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of QuickPanel.Net to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickPanel.Net regarding the use of the Software, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and QuickPanel.Net (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
