Comprehensive Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy outlines the data collection, processing, and retention practices for the cloaker software product operated by QuickPanel.Net (hereinafter referred to as the "Software", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for an account, accessing the dashboard, or utilizing our traffic routing APIs, you (the "User", "you") explicitly consent to the practices described in this document.
Due to the highly specialized nature of our traffic routing and filtering technology, it is imperative to distinguish between the data we collect directly from you (the Account Holder) and the data processed transiently on your behalf (End-User Traffic Data). This policy covers both aspects, establishing strict boundaries of liability and responsibility.
2. Data Controller vs. Data Processor Relationship
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws (including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR" and the California Consumer Privacy Act "CCPA"), the following legal designations apply:
- You as the Data Controller: You dictate the purpose and means of processing the traffic that hits your campaign links. You are solely responsible for obtaining any legally required consents, displaying cookie notices, and providing privacy policies to the end-users who click on your links.
- QuickPanel.Net as the Data Processor: The Software acts strictly as a passive Data Processor. We process incoming traffic data exclusively based on the routing rules, logical parameters, and filter configurations you establish within the dashboard. We hold absolutely no direct relationship with the end-users being routed through our infrastructure.
QuickPanel.Net accepts zero legal liability for your failure to comply with data protection regulations regarding the end-users you route through our Service.
3. Information We Collect from You (The User)
To provide and maintain your account, we collect the following personal and operational data directly from you:
- Account & Registration Data: Email address, username, encrypted password, and billing information (processed securely by our third-party payment gateways; we do not store full credit card numbers).
- Operational Data: Campaign configurations, target URLs, safe page URLs, blacklisted IPs, API keys, and routing logic established within your dashboard.
- Dashboard Analytics: Logs of your logins, IP addresses used to access the dashboard, and interactions with the Software's interface for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
4. Information Processed on Your Behalf (End-User Traffic Data)
The core function of the Software requires the real-time analysis of incoming web traffic to execute your filtering rules. When an end-user clicks a link routed through the Software, our algorithms temporarily analyze the following data points:
- Network Data: IP addresses, Internet Service Provider (ISP) details, and Autonomous System Numbers (ASN).
- Device & Browser Data: User-agent strings, operating systems, screen resolutions, browser language, and HTTP headers.
- Fingerprinting Metrics: Canvas fingerprinting, WebGL data, and other non-identifiable technical metrics used strictly for the purpose of bot detection, crawler identification, and traffic verification.
Transient Processing Notice: This end-user data is processed in real-time (often within milliseconds) to make a routing decision (e.g., Allow, Block, or Redirect). QuickPanel.Net does not persistently store this data in a manner that identifies individual human beings, nor do we cross-reference this data to build personal profiles of end-users. Aggregated, anonymized statistics are kept solely to provide you with campaign performance metrics within your dashboard.
5. How We Use the Information
We utilize the collected data strictly for the following operational purposes:
- To authenticate your access to the Software and maintain the security of your account.
- To execute the automated traffic routing, cloaking, and filtering functions according to your specific configurations.
- To process subscription payments and combat fraudulent chargebacks.
- To improve our bot-detection algorithms and continuously update our internal IP/User-Agent databases against known crawlers, spy tools, and malicious actors.
6. Law Enforcement and Compelled Disclosure
While we respect User privacy, QuickPanel.Net is not a shield for illegal activity. We reserve the unequivocal right to access, preserve, and disclose your account information, campaign configurations, and routing logs if we possess a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a valid legal process, subpoena, court order, or binding request from recognized law enforcement agencies.
- Enforce our strict Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (especially concerning malware, phishing, or child exploitation).
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of QuickPanel.Net, our infrastructure, or the public.
7. Third-Party Integrations and Cookies
The Software dashboard utilizes standard cookies and local storage tokens to maintain your active session, remember your interface preferences, and secure your login state. By using the dashboard, you consent to the placement of these functional cookies.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with essential third-party service providers (such as AWS/Cloudflare for hosting, and Stripe/Crypto gateways for payments) purely to facilitate the operation of the Service.
8. Security Disclaimers and Zero Liability
We employ industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS), database hashing, and secure server architectures to protect the data within our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
QUICKPANEL.NET EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR DATA BREACHES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT DUE TO COMPROMISED PASSWORDS OR API KEYS, OR THE LEAKAGE OF YOUR CAMPAIGN DATA. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH STORING SENSITIVE CAMPAIGN LOGIC AND TARGET URLS WITHIN THE SOFTWARE.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your Account Data for as long as your subscription remains active. If your account is terminated (either voluntarily by you or due to a Terms of Service violation), we will securely delete or anonymize your campaign configurations and routing data within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to our legal obligations to retain financial transaction records for tax and anti-fraud purposes.
