Comprehensive Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Overview and Purpose
This Comprehensive Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the acceptable and unacceptable uses of the cloaker software, APIs, and associated infrastructure operated by QuickPanel.Net (the "Software" or "Service"). This AUP is an integral part of our Terms of Service.
By accessing, subscribing to, or utilizing the Software in any capacity, you unequivocally agree to be bound by this AUP. The purpose of this policy is to establish clear boundaries regarding the type of traffic, campaigns, and content you are permitted to route through our servers, and to protect the integrity of the QuickPanel.Net infrastructure.
2. The Principle of Absolute User Liability
QuickPanel.Net provides a purely passive, agnostic traffic routing matrix. We do not host your content, we do not generate your traffic, and we do not endorse your business models.
You, the User, are 100% legally, financially, and operationally responsible for the final destination of the traffic you route through the Software. QuickPanel.Net disclaims all liability for the legality, safety, accuracy, or compliance of the landing pages, products, or services you choose to obfuscate or promote using our tool. By using the Service, you accept total assumption of risk.
3. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Content
Under no circumstances may the Software be used to route traffic, cloak links, or redirect users to any of the following categories of content. Violation of this section will result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund, and notification to relevant international law enforcement agencies:
- Child Exploitation: Any material depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM), pedophilia, or the exploitation of minors.
- Terrorism and Mass Violence: Content that promotes, funds, or incites acts of terrorism, mass shootings, or extreme physical violence against individuals or groups.
- Malware and Cyber-Attacks: Destinations hosting viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, botnet command-and-control servers, or any malicious code designed to compromise computer systems.
- Phishing and Severe Fraud: Websites designed to mimic legitimate institutions (banks, email providers, government portals) for the purpose of stealing credentials, social security numbers, or executing identity theft.
- Illicit Goods and Dark Markets: The promotion or sale of illegal narcotics, unregulated firearms, stolen credit card data (carding), or human trafficking.
4. Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not use the Software to facilitate the violation of intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, routing traffic to websites that host pirated software (warez), unauthorized copyrighted movies or music, counterfeit goods, or materials that flagrantly violate the trademark or patent rights of third parties.
5. Ad Network Evasion and Platform Policies
We acknowledge that a primary use case of the Software is managing traffic from third-party advertising networks (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok). You explicitly understand and agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your cloaked campaigns do not violate the specific Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policies of the ad networks you are utilizing.
- QuickPanel.Net does not guarantee that the Software will successfully bypass manual reviews or algorithmic detection by these platforms.
- No Liability for Account Bans: If your ad accounts are suspended, banned, or your funds are frozen by an ad network due to the use of our cloaker, QuickPanel.Net accepts absolutely zero responsibility. You undertake this activity at your own exclusive risk.
6. Infrastructure Abuse and Technical Restrictions
To ensure the stability and speed of the Service for all users, you are strictly prohibited from abusing our technical infrastructure. You must not:
- Attempt to perform Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against our routing servers or API endpoints.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities within the QuickPanel.Net filtering algorithms or dashboard.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to aggressively query our API in a manner that exceeds reasonable rate limits or degrades system performance.
- Share, sell, or lease your account credentials or API access to unauthorized third parties.
7. Enforcement, Suspension, and No-Refund Policy
QuickPanel.Net reserves the absolute, unilateral right to monitor system performance, investigate suspected violations of this AUP, and take immediate action.
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this AUP, we may immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, campaigns, and API access without prior notice. In the event of an account termination due to an AUP violation, NO REFUNDS, partial or otherwise, will be issued under any circumstances.
8. Reporting Abuse
QuickPanel.Net takes reports of infrastructure abuse and severe legal violations seriously. If you believe that a User is utilizing our cloaking software to route traffic to phishing sites, malware, or child exploitation materials, please immediately report the specific URL and evidence to our dedicated abuse team.
- Report Abuse: [email protected]
- Note: We require actionable evidence (such as HTTP headers, destination URLs, or redirect chains) to investigate abuse claims. We do not arbitrate standard business disputes or ad network policy disputes.
